Q: My account is not letting me sign in.  I am using my same password as the old website, what am I doing wrong?

A: Nothing is wrong.  Since we moved over to the new website even if you had an account on our old website you will still have to sign up for a new account. If you had an account on the old website when you create your account, it will be auto approved for wholesale.

 

Q: When I place an order on the website do I have to pay for it up front or can I pay when shipped?

A: If you are a wholesale account you can place your order, then at checkout use the payment method wholesale store account and we will charge your card when the order is released to the shop as normal. All retail orders need to be prepaid, we will not process them until we receive payment.

 

Q: Do you have an order minimum for wholesale accounts?

A: Yes, all of our wholesale orders have a minimum of $200.  If you place an order and prepay online that is under $200 and you are a wholesale account, your order will encounter a $25 low order fee before it will be made.  We do waive that low order fee if the order only contains letter tiles.  For those you can order any amount, however your shipping percentage may be higher.

 

Q: Is there a minimum per piece on wholesale orders.

A: No, there is not. You could order one of everything if you would like. The only restrictions we have is if you are ordering a new lake that we have not designed yet. With those you need to order 4 or more.

 

Q: How can I become a wholesale buyer?

A: It is very easy to become a wholesale buyer.  When you sign up make sure you check the box “I am a wholesale buyer”. Then after you place your first order please email us your tax ID number and you will be all set. If you signed up and did not check the I am a wholesaler box, just shoot us an email or give us a call and we can tag your account correctly, no worries. We will respond to all emails within 24 hours!

 

Q: Can you outline rivers, cities, etc.?

A: Yes, we can outline rivers and cities the same way we do the lakes. With the rivers we can only do a section of it so when you order a river make sure you give us defined sections that we can outline.

 

Q: How long does an order take?

A: Our current order time from order placement to you receiving your order is around 3 weeks tops. That includes the process time in our office, time it takes the shop to make the order, then the shipping time of UPS.  Once we receive your order, we will have it out of our door with-in 2 weeks or less.

 

Q: Is it made in the USA?

A: Yes, everything is made in the United States.  All of our wood is purchased in the US and we make everything in Dahlonega Georgia. We do not employee foreign factories to make anything, it is all locally made.

 

Q: Is it handcrafted?

A: Yes, our product is all handmade in Georgia! We do have a few machines that do our cutouts for us but everything else is all hand stenciled, hand assembled, hand painted, and constructed by hand.

 

Q: How is the lettering done?

A: All of the letting is done by hand stenciling. All of the painted words that you see on our signs have been done by one of our employees. The only ones that are not done by hand are the ones that are engraved into the signs.

 

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: We have been in business since 2010. We are in our 9thyear of business. We have been doing wholesale for 6 years now, with no signs of slowing down. We have increased in size by at least 20% every year we have been in business.

 

Q: Do you make custom signs?

A: We currently do not make custom signs, we do have personalized signs on our website for purchase. We also have lake and city specific signs and you can pick which one you want.

 

Q: What do the colors mean?

 A: We have three different colors on almost all of our products. CT, which stands for cotton, is our all white back that is Antique White in color. WH, which stands for Wooden Hues, is our combination of three natural browns. It includes Taupe, Beige, and Antique White. Our final color is SS, which stands for Seaside. It has a light blue, light green, beige and antique white. It is great on most of our lake items and looks good on our regular signs to bring a pop of color.

 

Q: Do you zip code protect?

A: We currently do not zip code protect, however we do pay attention to where our stores are located and if a store down the road from you is trying to buy the same product as you we will flag it and identify the intentions of the person trying to purchase the product. We don’t sell product to two stores that are within walking distance of each other.

 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is dependent on how much you order and where you are located. Since we ship out of Dahlonega, Georgia states that are farther away are going to cost more to ship. We only charge shipping for what ups charges us. When we receive your order, we have a UPS shipping calculator that will give the price of how much it cost to ship.

 

Q: Do you drop ship?

A: No, we do not drop ship.

 

Q: How do I order? 

A: It is very easy to order, you can order through email, phone call, or the website.

To order through the website, if you have not already, create an account on our website. Check the box that you are a wholesale buyer, add items to your cart then proceed to check out. There is a FAQ about payment methods that have more details.

 To order through email or phone, tell us the SKUs that you want and in what color with the quantity and we will process the order for you.

 

Q: What are your office hours?

A: We are operational from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday.
